Tickets are sold through Smith'sTix and are available at any Smith'sTix outlet, find a location, charge by phone at 801.467.TIXX or 1.800.888.TIXX, or online at Smithstix.com
Tickets are also sold at Sandy City Hall 10000 S Centennial Pkwy, room 310, 801.568.ARTS (2787) (lower handling fee), Open 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Tickets purchased through the phone with Sandy are held at will-call and can be picked up at the amphitheater the night of any prior show or the night of the show.
The Box Office at the Amphitheater, including will call, is located on the main plaza on the east side of the venue and opens at 6:00 pm the night of shows only and will remain open until intermission, around 9:15 pm, and can sell tickets to all shows.
A photo ID is required to claim concert tickets at will-call and must match the name the tickets were purchased under.
Ticket Policies
Ticket price varies depending on the event. Event time is subject to change.
The Amphitheater is an outdoor venue with a covered stage. If it is raining at showtime, the show will go on.
NO REFUNDS
A service fee is charged for all tickets sold and there are no refunds or exchanges.
SEVERE WEATHER
In case of severe weather, including lightning and high winds, the show will be held for 20 minutes and patrons asked to take shelter in their cars. At that time it will be determined whether or not to continue with the show.
There are NO refunds for shows canceled after intermission. There will be refunds for shows canceled before intermission.
CHILDREN TICKETS
Children age 3 and under are free unless they require a seat. Children 4 and older require a ticket.

AUTHORIZED TICKET OUTLETS
Sandy Amphitheater/ Sandy Arts Guild tickets are sold only through 3 authorized ticket outlets: Sandy Amphitheater, Sandy City Hall and Smith'sTix.
Tickets sold through third parties – ticket agencies or brokers – are substantially more expensive than the original ticket prices. Sandy Amphitheater and Smith'sTix are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
We cannot prevent unauthorized third parties from buying tickets and selling them for substantially more, as there are no Utah laws governing ticket brokers and how much they charge for tickets. Never go through an unauthorized ticket broker. If you do, please be aware of the original ticket price and use caution to make sure the ticket is valid. Should you have a question about the validity of a ticket purchased somewhere else, please contact us at 801.568.ARTS.
